This was the 2nd year in a row our team ranked the #1 REMAX® Team in the State of Hawaii (2024). Titan is now the 3rd highest annual sales production award in the REMAX® Network. It honors high-achieving real estate individuals for their service to buyers and sellers during the past year and recognizes agents who have built exceptionally strong businesses that dominate their local markets. Recipients for this REMAX® Club Award are decided based on independent third-party data compiled and weighted according to a specific formula and also based on reported closed and paid individual commissions of $750k to $1 million within the REMAX® Network from Jan1-Dec 31 of a given year.
From 2004-2022, I received REMAX® awards as an individual. 2023 was the 1st year I was a team leader of a team of 2 people total. We received the 4th highest annual sales production award in the REMAX® Network our first year of working together as a team. Our team ranked the #1 REMAX® Team in the State of Hawaii (2023).
The Chairman’s Team Club Award honors high-achieving real estate individuals for their service to buyers and sellers during the past year and recognizes agents who have built exceptionally strong businesses that dominate their local markets. Recipients for this REMAX® Club Award are decided based on independent third-party data compiled and weighted according to a specific formula and also based on reported closed and paid individual commissions of over $500k to $750k within the REMAX Network from Jan1-Dec 31 of a given year.
Team Club Awards recognize Team Leaders who, through expert guidance and support, provide a foundation for the greater success of their Team Members. Team Club Awards are awarded to Team Leaders based upon their team’s total gross commission income (GCI) in a calendar year. The award levels follow the same commission thresholds as individual Club Awards and are also announced in February.
This award is the absolute highest level of sales recognition that REMAX® offers their agents! The Pinnacle Club Award recognizes honors high-achieving real estate individuals for their service to buyers and sellers during the past year and honors agents who have built exceptionally strong businesses that dominate their local markets. Recipients for this REMAX® Club Award are decided based on independent third party data compiled and weighted according to a specific formula and also based on reported closed and paid individual commissions above $2 million within the REMAX® Network from Jan1-Dec 31 of a given year.
REMAX® recognizes top producing agents. Production levels are broken down into what are referred to as “Club Level Awards", recognizing Sales Associates with high annual sales production in a single year within the REMAX® organization. At the time of issue, the Diamond Club Award was REMAX’s highest production achievement award, based on reported closed and paid individual commissions of $1 million to $2 million in a single calendar year.
Yvonne was recognized 5-times as one of the top 100 Agents for RE/MAX® Nationwide out of over 58,719 agents in the USA - (Residential Individual U.S.)
Career awards are given to distinguished RE/MAX® Sales Associates to acknowledge outstanding professional achievements. The RE/MAX® Circle of Legends Career Award was established to recognize and salute this group of top producers who have completed 10 years of service with RE/MAX and over $10M in gross commissions, along with having attained both the Lifetime Achievement Award (2013) and the Hall of Fame Award (2007). The annual AREAA A-List is a compilation of the “best of the best” of our membership. For 2021, Yvonne was #9 in Individual Sales Volume, and #10 in Number of Sales Transactions. In 2020, she ranked #4 in Sales Volume and #17 in Number of Transactions. For 2019, Yvonne ranked #6 in Individual Sales Volume category and she ranked #10 in Number of Sales Transactions category. In 2018, Yvonne ranked #12 in Individual Sales Volume category, and ranked #24 in Number of Sales Transactions category. With over 17,000 members across North America, making the list means another year of outstanding excellence among the top producing individual agents, teams, or loan originators in the industry. AREAA’s membership represents a broad array of real estate, mortgage and housing-related professionals.
