Extraordinary Business Background & Real Estate Experience
A Southern California native, I grew up in Torrance and earned a BSBA (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration) university degree with a concentration in marketing. Success came to me early as an entrepreneur at the age of 17, I founded and grew a sportswear manufacturing firm with an international sales force and retail operation into an INC. 500 Company, one of America's fastest growing private companies. I was also honored to receive the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award, along with being ranked 51st of the 100 Largest Women-Owned Businesses in Los Angeles and LA County by the Los Angeles Business Journal. These accomplishments formed the basis of my unique business background and helped me quickly get established as a top Realtor. I joined RE/MAX in 2004, and became the #1 RE/MAX agent in the State of Hawaii in 2006. Over 19 years of residential, luxury and commercial real estate sales experience later, I continue to use my business acumen and abilities to benefit the real estate clients I’m privileged to serve.
For 13 consecutive years, I ranked #1 RE/MAX Agent in the State of Hawaii and was concurrently named a Top 100 Realtor In Hawaii by Hawaii Business Magazine. The Hawaii Black Book listed me in the personal and professional journeys of Hawaii’s top business executives, which featured honorees from every major recognition program of Hawaii Business Magazine (2019 Black Book: 339 Executives to Know).
During 2012, while continuing to sell property in Hawaii, I lived abroad as Director of Business Development / Marketing Specialist in Australia opening up new RE/MAX franchises and making many international network connections for referrals. Nobody sells more real estate than RE/MAX, as measured by residential transaction sides. RE/MAX is the first real estate brand to close over 2 MILLION total transactions sides IN ONE YEAR.
In 2014 I started RE/MAX Kauai Living brokerage in Kalaheo with a 2nd franchise, RE/MAX Kauai Living Poipu Beach, added the following year. For 5 consecutive years from 2016 to 2020 I earned RE/MAX's (then) highest award, the Diamond Club Award. In 2021, I earned RE/MAX's newly created and now highest Sales Achievement, called the Pinnacle Club Award.
I opened RE/MAX Sand & Sun in 2023 as Broker/Owner, to help clients with their residential, luxury and commercial real estate needs to buy, sell and invest along the beautiful Florida Emerald Coast from Destin to the sixteen 30A beach communities.
